Ryan Schaff
SALES
Ryan has worked in all areas of construction for the last 20 years. He loves this industry, especially the clients. Ryan goes above and beyond and really brings the relationship side of business to the forefront. He has never met a stranger! It is important to him that our clients get the result that they want. Ryan was the driving force behind Schaff Homes. It was he who brought all the siblings together to combine our talents into one well rounded company. Ryan is out in the field every day and is hands on in every aspect of the company. In his spare time Ryan enjoys concerts, traveling and helping friends. He also owns a commercial salmon boat in Alaska.
Jessica Hodgson
INTERIOR DESIGN AND PROJECT MANAGER
Jessica is the in-house interior designer and project manager. She has degrees in fine art and interior design, as well as 6 years of experience as a trade-wholesale account manager gaining a wide knowledge of flooring, tile, cabinets, and countertop materials. Acting as project manager she is our bridge between the client and the team working in the field, whether it be our superintendent or subs on the job. Jessica provides updates to schedule, budget, change orders, and any material reselections. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids, traveling, being outdoors, tending to her cut flower garden and creating flower arrangements for friends and family.
Karie Schaff
OFFICE MANAGER
Karie is the Office Manager. You will find her in the office creating project contracts, reconciling project budgets, and managing the payables and receivables. She is at the warehouse to accept all deliveries and is available to clients for all questions and concerns on the financial side of the business. She has more than 6 years of experience in office management and a lifetime of experience managing all her brothers! When away from the office she loves spending time with her family, rescuing animals and camping.
Gracie
DESIGN AND ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Gracie keeps things moving behind the scenes at Schaff Homes. From building spec sheets and generating proposals to ordering, receiving, and jumping in wherever she’s needed, she’s our go-to for all things admin. She also supports the design side—helping style and execute photoshoots, assisting with design selections, and keeping everything running smoothly. Her attention to detail and can-do attitude make her an essential part of the team. Simply put, she’s our saving grace—helping lighten the load every single day.
In her free time, you’ll find Gracie hiking, playing pickleball, hanging out at coffee shops, playing cards, and spending quality time with friends and family.
Sid Britton
SUPERINTENDENT
Sid has spent his life immersed in the construction industry. Working for his father’s construction company, he honed his skills in framing and millwork. As our project manager, Sid works closely with clients, sub-vendors, and the design team to ensure every detail is perfect. Passionate about his craft, he takes pride in mentoring others and sharing knowledge. Sid’s talent elevates Schaff Homes, bringing visions to life. In his free time, he enjoys exploring local campgrounds with his family in their motorhome.
Ethan Schaff
PURCHASER
Ethan has an extensive history in buying and selling and is responsible for sourcing the best quality materials at the best prices. In today’s fluctuating market ensuring products arrive intact, in a timely fashion and at the best value is a demanding job. Ethan is highly motivated in ensuring our clients get the most out of their budget. On the job site you will find him doing a little bit of everything. He is the trim guy, the runner, and he loves demo day! In his off-time Ethan enjoys spending time with his young family and doing projects around their home.
Melvin Schaff
TILE INSTALLER
Mel is our master tile installer with 10 years of experience. He executes with precision and has an eye for perfection. He is committed to continuing education in his field and stays in the know about the newest features and techniques available. Mel has high expectations for the team and is our leader in quality control. He is also an uncle extraordinaire and loves spending time with the nieces and nephews. Uncle Mel is always the favorite!
